This month we’re proud to highlight one of our hygienists: Maria! In July, Maria traveled with Hearts Hands & Smiles Foundation to Guanacaste, Costa Rica. She traveled with other volunteer dentists, assistants, and hygienists to provide much needed, free dental care to an impoverished community.
In just five days of working under less than ideal conditions, she was able to help treat over 421 children! Dental supplies were donated along with water, clothes, shoes, and toys for the little ones. Through Maria’s kindness and this amazing foundation, help was brought to an impoverished community in Latin America.
So from all of us in the office, we want to say thanks to Maria for her selflessness and sharing her incredibly memorable experience with us!
